NK Watch, UN Human Rights Council Working Group Meeting, March 2017

NK Watch, at the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva, Switzerland, March 14, 2017, shared North Korean human rights information with the Special Rapporteur on violence against women, the Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances, the Working Group on Arbitrary Detention, and the Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of slavery.

At the meeting, NK Watch explained the operation of political prison camps and the human rights violations of North Korean workers abroad. It also shared information on the widespread detention and forced disappearances of North Korean citizens.
