Hwaseong Political Prison Camp (No. 16 Political Prison Camp)

Camp No. 16 in Hwaseong County, North Hamgyong Province is a first-class political prison camp that is not well known even within North Korea.

To the north is Eorang-gun, and to the southeast is Myeongcheon-gun, famous for Mt. Chilbo.
