NK Watch Program Director Kwanhyung Lee attended the Diplomatic Briefing on the Results of the Universal periodic Review (UPR) 3rd Cycle and DPRK at the EU Delegation.
During the session, NGOs on DPRK human rights issues gave an analysis of DPRK’s response to the UPR 3rd cycle recommendations, and held a discussion on how EU member states can contribute UPR recommendation process with embassy representatives.
