On Wednesday, February 21st, NK Watch attended the Moving foward on the COI+10: Accountability avenues for international crimes conference held by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in Seoul to gain new insights into accoutability measures for North Korea’s crimes against humanity.
